One of the most sought after summer destinations in world – Darjeeling – are known as ‘The Queen of Hills’ for the natural beauty it holds.
This is the place, where the globally renowned brand Darjeeling Tea, is produced. This is the place, where the historical old tiny steam engine run Toy Train still chugs up. This is the place, where the UNESCO enlisted world heritage site Darjeeling Himalayan Railway belongs.
Darjeeling hill station is located at an altitude of 6,710 ft in north east India and is part of West Bengal. The adjacent airport is Bagdogra and the adjoining major railway junction is New Jalpaiguri (NJP).
The heartthrob of Darjeeling is Mall which is linked with the most happening place – Chowrasta. Chowrasta is a flat open square, a pedestrian only zone free of vehicular traffic and surrounded by colorful attractive shopping points with backdrop of awesome mountains and green valleys.
One can explore colonial-era architecture, Buddhist monasteries, and spot snow leopards, Royal Bengal Tiger and rare red pandas at the Padmaja Naidu Zoo. The adventurous can arrange a visit striking Singalila Ridge. The weather in Darjeeling is enjoyably cool and flawless for travel during spring, summer and autumn. One can come to enjoy the Darjeeling monsoon during the monsoon seasons and Darjeeling Chill in the winter.
3 Hours Before Flight Time
Meet and Greet on arrival and transfer to Darjeeling via Kurseong. In Kurseong, guests can stopover for a while for a cup of tea at Kurseong Tourist Lodge. From here we drive further to Darjeeling. After arrival in Darjeeling, we check in at the hotel, following which the rest of the day can be spent at leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling
Early Morning at 04:00 AM we visit Tiger Hill, famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga. On our way back, we visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. From here we return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast we visit The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetans Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), Rope way, Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. After the tour we return to the hotel. Overnight in Darjeeling.
After breakfast we go on an excursion trip to Mirik. In Mirik guests can enjoy a boat ride on the manmade Sumendu Lake, Mirik is also famous for its many tea gardens and the drive through them is simply breathtaking. Enroute, guest can also visit Pashupati Nagar in Nepal. Pashupati is famous for imported goods from China and is a shoppers’ paradise. After lunch we return to our hotel in Darjeeling following which the rest of the day can be spent at leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Morning free for packing and personal activities. After breakfast we check out of the hotel transfer to New Jalpaiguri Station / Bagdogra Airport for return journey back home. Tour Ends
